Currently, I lack visibility into what's affecting our video testimonial response rate. It would help to see analytics like open and click rates, so we can pinpoint exactly which part of the review request needs improvement - for example, subject lines, messaging, or overall engagement.

    See average score

    Would like to see the average score of - all reveiws - all approved reviews - score per form

      Thanks for the suggestion.

      Summing it up: having a quick at-a-glance average score broken down by all reviews, approved reviews, and per form.

      One question:

      Where would you want to see this? Are you thinking inside the Senja dashboard as a stats overview, or would you also want to be able to display the average score publicly on a widget on your site?
