Itโs extremely common to share customer and client logos on your landing pages.
But theyโre easy to fake and donโt have context - so cautious buyers arenโt convinced and donโt act.
Thatโs why weโve just given the Company Logos widget an upgrade.
You can now show the context behind the company logos on your website and pitches, like this:
Your visitors and viewers can now click the logos on the logos widget and see the relevant customer and their full testimonial. This allows them to validate your logos.
This is more trustworthy and therefore drives more credibility and higher conversion.
To enable this feature, go to your company logos widget in the Studio, and enable popups here:

Automations are the simplest way to collect, manage and share testimonials 24/7
With automations you can do awesome things like:
Send testimonial invites when a customer is tagged in Intercom, Kit or HelpScout
Send new testimonial alerts (and approval links) to Slack or Discord
Schedule approved testimonials in Buffer or Hootsuite
Backup new video testimonials in Google Drive or Dropbox
Send a $10 Tremendous gift card when a testimonial is approved

When a happy customer leaves you a testimonial or case study, send them a personal thank-you video in return.
Thank you videos are now live on Senja on all plans.
Sending a video lets you follow up on a testimonial request, strengthens your relationship with the customer, and makes them feel appreciated.
When people feel appreciated, theyโre more likely to refer others, and be more responsive if you send future requests (like asking for a video testimonial or case study).
Load the customer view, find the relevant testimonial, and click on the Thank customer button. You can thank for each testimonial, review, shout out and case study received.
[You can also select mark as thanked in the dropdown if youโve thanked the customer outside of Senja]
Amend the email message and subject. Send something that feels personal and genuine. Then record (or upload) a quick thank-you message directly inside Senja.
Click Send thank you. Your customer will receive the thank you email, and a link to view your video online.
As well as thanking the customer, you can share a product activation tip, or second request, like joining your affiliate scheme.
Note: You can see the thank-you message you sent by clicking on You thanked this customer.
Thank you videos are now live on Senja for all customers. Try it now.

You can now import your case studies into Senja โจ
This means your case studies are attached to your customer records in Senja, and available to you (and your team) through the Senja app and Chrome Extension.
Ideal if you need to grab a case study link when pitching a prospect over DM, writing a sales email, or just composing a social post.
Case studies can be imported by using their link (URL)
You can attach them to an existing customer, or create a new one
To add your case studies go to Import and select Case studies

Group your widgets and Walls of Love however you like.
Some ideas for grouping your Studio assets:
By product or offer. Course, newsletter, membership, subscription.
The team that uses them. Sales, marketing, customer success.
The page theyโre placed on. Pricing, sign up, homepage, onboarding.
The customer type. Founder, Head of HR, Engineering, Marketing.
By stage. Lead, onboarding, activated, upsell.
By the testimonial types included. Video, social posts, text, reviews.
However it makes sense to organise them, folders are here to make things clearer.

You can now enable automatic testimonial invites triggered by actions in all your favourite tools and platforms.
Send testimonial invites when a customer is added or tagged in your email tool or CRM, checks out with your payment platform, registers in your course platform, or is tagged in your support software.

You can turn any of your existing forms into a form 2.0 by clicking this button.
This will let you continue using the same URL and embed code, while using the new form experience. You can also switch it back to Classic if you donโt love it.
