Negative feedback should collect customer info
Hey, I’ve been playing around with the new 2.0 Form layout and it’s looking great.
One thing that is missing is for Negative Feedback (1 - 3) Rating, there is no option to include the About You Page. It seems to only show if people were to leave a positive testimonial.
From a customer service perspective it is really important to be able to understand who has left negative feedback so we can see how we can help them.

Bad reviews deserve the same things
Right now, if someone gives a 3-star rating in Forms 2.0, it won’t go through the full flow, so they can't really give feedback. This should be able to be set since in the EU you’re not allowed to “manipulate” the reviews this way.

Thanks for your feedback, moving this one to Discussion.
Here’s how it works with Forms 2.0:
If the Negative Feedback Page is disabled, the form submits normally for all ratings (1★ to 5★).
If you enable the Negative Feedback Page, any ratings below 4★ are treated as private feedback, while only 4★ and 5★ responses are shown on your Proof page.
