Option to disable/hide the "Upload" button on video testimonial forms

We're running a pilot collecting video testimonials from seniors/older adults. We want to require in-browser recording only — the "Upload" option can lead users to record long videos on their phone and then struggle to upload them. Please add a setting to disable/hide "Upload" so only "Record a video" shows.
