On bulk translation:
It doesn't select all testimonials unless you scroll down so that they load. That's not so intuitive.
Allow users to tick multiple languages to translate, rather than having to do it one language at a time. I think that may be quite a simple change that makes things seamless.
Automatic translation:
To have an 'enable auto-translate' in settings, so whenever a new testimonial comes in, it gets translated into your languages and you don't then need to re-do it every time a new testimonial comes in.
Without this or the change above, there's a load of manual work whenever adding new testimonials.
UI elements translation
And another key fix is translating the 'read more' and 'load more' - doesn't makes sense to a Chinese person to see the whole site in their language but see 'read more'.
