Import source: TrustRadius

At this time, we are going to send an autogenerated email asking every client to complete a TrustRadius review.

We will send the email around Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc., offering a gift card for completion. I assume those reviews would then be imported automatically.

My guess is that it would only import the ones we haven’t already imported, but TrustRadius is not available on auto-import nor import from web.
