Feature Request - Variety of Question Type for Forms 2.0
It could be really powerful to add a variety of question types for forms 2.0, such as multiple choice, dropdown list, ranking, checkbox, linear scale, etc.
Allow Multiple-Program Feedback: Add a “Which Service or Feature?” Question to Survey Forms
I’d love for Senja to support a more flexible feedback flow for people who offer multiple services or run several programs. Right now, testimonial forms are tied to a single program or context—but I need to use one form across different offerings.
Feature idea: Add the ability to include a required dropdown (or multiple-choice) question that asks:
“Which program, service, or feature are you giving feedback on?”
This would allow:
One centralized form for collecting testimonials or feedback
Easier sorting/filtering on the backend
A cleaner experience for clients who’ve engaged with different services
Right now, the only workaround is to create multiple forms—but that makes feedback collection more fragmented and hard to manage.
Would love to see this added—especially for people running multiple cohorts, services, or software features under one brand.

This would be amazing. And also if we can tag according to what drop down they choose as well. That way if I have one form for courses, I can have a drop down so they can choose which course they did and then when they choose one of the courses, it tags them accordingly! That would be AMAZING

Multi-Select Custom Field
