Classic forms are now merged with forms 2.0

I'm pleased to share something that's been a long time coming: Classic forms no longer exist. We've migrated all 35,000+ of them into the unified form builder.

Senja used to have two types of forms: Classic and 2.0. Each had its own editor, its own features, and a "which one do I pick?" moment every time you created one. We've merged them into a single editor with two layouts.

What you've gained if you were using a Classic form:

  • 📩 Editable invite emails. Customize the email you send when inviting customers to your form.

  • 💬 Editable thank-you emails. Write the follow-up your customers see after submitting.

  • 👤 Spokesperson avatars. Add a friendly face to your form and the emails it sends.

  • 🎁 Coupon and link rewards. Spin the Wheel isn't the only reward type anymore.

  • 🔔 Native Slack notifications. Get a ping in Slack the moment a testimonial comes in.

All your existing features came with you:

  • Combined rating and question on one page

  • Different prompts for video and text questions

  • Backgrounds and gradients

  • Additional fields

  • And more!

And the Upgrade to 2.0 button? Gone.

Revert to Classic? Gone.

There's just one form builder now.

One small ask: if you had a Classic form, open it once to take a look. Most migrated cleanly, but with 35,000+ moving over, a few may have drifted. If something looks off, you can tweak it in the form editor.
